Warranty & Refund Policies

Warranty

  • Items are based highly on customer opinion and artist interpretation.

  • Vaettir Design will respond to customer requests in up to three (3) days as quickly as possible.

​

  • Vaettir Design will notify the customer if there will be a communication delay.

​

  • By purchasing services from Vaettir Design you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to judge the artist's ability to provide suitable results. 

​

  • Revisions are your chance to show dissatisfaction, and a cancelled order at any point will not reward the work's current progression.

  • Vaettir Design reserves the right to refuse commissions and other custom purchases based on scope of ability, availability of time or materials, and customers with complete lack of respect and attitude. This is for both Vaettir Design's and the Customer's safety and satisfaction.

"If I draw you something you don't end up liking, you do not get the sketch unless you pay separately for it. Other circumstances will be agreed upon prior to purchase if the customer wishes."

Refund Etc. Policy

  • Down-payment can be refunded only within ninety (90) days of order, as well as only before the final revision. Cancellation requirements apply.

  • Material Fees are non-refundable and required prior to starting project if they apply. [Material fees typically only apply to larger projects, full installations or subscriptions.]

​

  • Payment additional to down-payment and material fees is refundable within ninety (90) days of order until final transaction. Cancellation requirements apply.

​

  • Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to complete.

​

  • All non-copy-written material is Vaettir Design property until final payment.

​

  • Customer is required to notify Vaettir Design if you do not wish your design(s) to be posted publicly to directly associated sites to Vaettir Design.

​

  • Customer is required to notify Vaettir Design within three (3) days if you require changes to policy, timeline, payment method, or else-wise. It is preferred these requests are given up-front.

  • Requests are valid with email or other written official response from Vaettir Design and message must be view-able on customer behalf upon any dispute. Miscommunication is rare but possible and we aim to result in easy transactions.
